The employee said that she couldn't help with the drop off process when I asked, due to the picture attachments for the returned equipment was glitching and not actually submitting and causing me to have to restart. The location was super tight and I was given absolutely no help parking the equipment, when I was told I had to jackknife the car hauler on the opposite side of the building, where you had the building awning and a concrete wall making it almost impossible to get parked. The truck was sent to the opposite side because that's the only place they had room for it, because the bay doors being completely cleared are far more important than the uhaul equipment, said the lady who was working there.
