The remote experience was cumbersome and the website could use some work. I would have no idea that I would needed to sign back out and sign back in to see updates instead of just refreshing my page. Besides that, the truck was just parked in some guy's front yard. I just sat in some guys front yard for an hour and a half trying to get the thing set up. Luckily I was with my husband, but if I had been a woman alone, in an unfamiliar area, i wouldn't have been comfortable. Also, the location was moved so I had a 40 minute drive from the new location to where I needed to be, which put me further behind schedule, and the dolly and the moving blankets that I ordered were not in the truck. Pretty sure we still had to pay for those, plus move everything without those helpful items. Oh, and several of the people I spoke to on the phone had attitudes upon greeting. I get that I was frustrated, but I didn't even get to get a word in before I could tell that the person on the other line was a miserable human being

Truck really ran good
EDWARD MWhen I picked the truck up, it had had 3/4 tank of gas. I took a picture of the mileage and gas gauge. When I returned the truck, I left it with 3/4 tank. After I completed my return, it stated that if the truck was on a full tank, I would be charged. I left the truck with what I received. I have pictures of pick up odometer and fuel gauge, as well as return odometer and fuel gauge.
