The start of my rental was awful went to one place placed the order went to pick the truck up at gas city was told no could not have it as they rented it so had to call was told when o called that it was not true it was still under my name as renting so had to cancel got another place that was decent but my card was charged 100 was not told that then was told they credited the difference back. It took 4 days to get my money back. Overall not happy

The location great, not far from me at all. It was a bit of a tight squeeze trying to get in and out when they’re busy, but overall no complaints. It was also super convenient to be able to drop it off 24/7. Got done early and was able to feel comfortable dropping it off.

The UHaul POS software was not working. What should have taken 10 minutes or less took 35 minutes. You need a back-up server. Renters are usually in a hurry. In my case, I had a narrow window in which I had access to the loading dock to empty my apt.

The self service pickup is too complicated. There should be an option to complete this ahead of time. It took 15 minutes to complete the checkout and we had to wait in the cold while this process was completed. I will not use this service again.

please make sure you guarantee the owner of that pearl road location a 10 footer since his was broken into a few weeks ago...he's a good dude who seems to work very hard...
