I had a little trouble with ID verification, but a quick phone call to an agent - with absolutely no wait - fixed it in a matter of seconds. The cell reception isn't good at this rural location, which was the cause of the only problems I had, really. The customer service was very pleasant all around - on the phone and at the location. Overall a great experience.
Christopher J.Dropped trailer off after hours. Lots of room and easy to do. This was a secondary drop off location as my first choice in White Plains NY was not accepting trailer drop-offs. This was very disappointing.
