Was charged over 300 for a 58 dollar rental. And can't get an answer about a refund the location is trying to help but u haul on the other hand. I just want my money back!

The lady that checked me in was very friendly, but one concern was, if I had sent my wife there to bring the trailer back they probably would not of been able to unhook it. Otherwise she did a very good job. Also this is a good place to grab a good homemade hamburger and hand cut fries. She was also a very good cook.
DAVID BOverall, the entire experience with U-Haul was disappointing I had to go online and download an app to reserve the equipment drive an hour to pick up the equipment just to spend another 15 minutes answering and filling out the exact same information that I had already done online The process should be streamlined. I should be able to call and talk to a person and reserve the equipment without downloading an app and creating a profile only to drive an hour to get the equipment and do the exact same thing all over again.
alton wThe location I ordered the truck at did not have the truck when I arrived and send me to the next town over to get one. That was annoying. Them when they charged me, I got two seperate receipts and the charge on my card didn’t match either of them. What is even going on
Ryan BThey didn’t check my trailer in when I returned it and I received at least 10 calls and emails asking me where the trailer was like was was trying to steal something. When in actuality I returned it a day early.
