They were very friendly (all 4 employees that I interacted with). They also were able to supply several leads fo me to hire assistance in unloading the truck into 3 storage units, which I was unable to do myself.
The van was clean and nicely maintained. We walked in with no reservation and walked out with wgat we needed. Made it extremely easy. We will definitely rent from them in the near future.

I didn't get the guys names that were there on Sunday September 13, 2020 around 12:45, but they did a great job handeling some interesting customers around me. One customer came in and basically handed them some cash and told them to make sure his girl "ebony" is taken care of, and then walked out the door. They weren't sure what she needed. and then there was another customer on the phone who you could tell we being difficult and the employees there were doing there best to accomidate. All I needed was the keys to a van, and given everyting else it was a good experience.

The passenger side truck door seal didn't work and was loud. This also made the door hard to close.
Christina did her best but my experience was AWFUL from reservation on. My other review (since apparently two contracts are required for the same rental) explains it in more detail.
Kristina did her best to help save my business, but l will never use Uhaul again. My experience, from start to finish, was unacceptable. My location was changed without notice, I was told the only way to get it would be to pick up Friday, but it was Saturday. My truck wasn't there. It took over an hour to get the tow haul later that day. I was argued with by young, lazy, incompetent employees, hung up on by one, and spent over 2 hours on hold. Never. Again.
They seemed a little busy, and short-staffed.
None of the employees inside the building were wearing masks as ordered by the Governor of Texas for all businesses & public buildings as of July 3rd. The trailer had a nail in one of the tires when we picked it up. All the tires were low on air & all the lug nuts were loose. One brake light was out. Because of the delay to have the tire changed I called the 800# to ask for the drop off time to be adjusted. Asia told me (after quite a long hold) that she changed our drop off time to 1200. However, when we dropped off the trailer in Kerrville exactly at 1200, we were told we would be charged for an extra day. Luckily, some special district manager was there so he/she was able to make the correction but this should have been done when I called Uhaul Tuesday.
Please actually check all of your equipment before you let customers use it. The 10' moving truck I was given had a locked padlock on it and was therefore unusable. I assume whoever used it before me left it on and the employees at U-Haul didn't check the truck or notice. I waited on hold with customer service for half an hour only for them to transfer me to the College Station location who then didn't pick up the phone. I also rented a dolly and moving blankets and was charged for them even though I never received the equipment.

Hire better help. I have rented from this location many times in the past and everything went well. This rental (Contract# 27518398) check in process was a nightmare. Checked equipment in, a trailer and an appliance dolly for 3 days, and everything seemed to go OK. Verbal acknowledgement that all was OK and that I'd receive a receipt shortly by e-mail. When I got home 45 minutes later looked at final receipt and I was overcharged by $150 for "non-return of appliance dolly". Tried calling 5 or 6 times with no success, waited on hold last time for 40 minutes with no answer and finally had to drive 30 minutes back to the location to get resolved and get the $150 overcharge reversed. Total aggravation, wasted 2 hours of my time and a round trip back to the location. Totally frustrated by the incompetence.

Problems with uhaul share upon dropping off truck
great service, easy to return equipment after-hours.
The people at the location told me they did not have the trailer I wanted to rent but there were 4 on the lot when I arrived.
I had the phone pickup option which is supposed to be quicker, but the "skip the line" part to get my keys did not work--I had to wait in line anyway. They also gave me the wrong dolly from what I ordered. Also none of the employees were wearing masks and one was coughing which is unacceptable and made me feel unsafe. They were friendly but some of these concerns could have been improved.
