I made a truck reservation for Saturday at 1p as per the website. Then I was called and given the option of following day 9am, which I accepted with hesitation. I Needed it as earliest as possible so I agreed to 9am when they open. I'm there 8:43 but office is closed as expected so I wait. 9am comes and still not open so I go back to wait then others that arrived after me and start forming a line. Now I'm third. I call twice, rings then answering machine. Finally see a brown car racing through parking lot and someone speed walking through the door. They are late by 10 minutes and the two prior people take long with her that I don't get out with the truck keys until 40 minutes later. I'm extremely aggravated as I needed it as earliest possible not close to 10am. Plus the office person not only was late, but I upset of the timing and experience told her I already did the online check in and needed just the keys (but it didn't work that way, which I understood). When she finally gets to me, I couldn't take a picture of my license and I told her that, so she offered to do it with a remark about being done if my phone worked properly. Then she tried to do it herself, it took her several tries as well, until she was able to do it. Apparently her phone didn't work properly as well. And then when I returned the truck I was not told of the time she closed same day. So when I tried to return it at 3:40 she tells me they close at 3:30p and I can do self drop off. When I asked her how to do it, she said to leave the keys in the ignition and the instructions we're on the wall as she points outside. So she's late which made me late, gave me a snarky comment about my phone with a smile, then when it comes to dropping it off 10 minutes late (which I didn't know as the door said closes at 4pm) gives me vague information that was going to be misconstrued and she was not helpful. I truly rate poor customer service.
Incredibly slow service & took over an hour to pick up the truck after I booked it several days prior.
Smells like rotten trash outside. The only lady working had an attitude and was not friendly. Also did not wear a mask.
Picked up and turned in truck with phone so I didn't even talk to a representative
First off you overcharged me. Then I get a call from the store associate saying I still owe 2.61 because I went over my miles and now I am being black balled. I will never use your services again

The UHaul app wouldn't let me upload pictures. I was unable to do the after hours/contactless drop off because I couldn't upload the dash picture and it wouldn't let me continue.
Very unimpressed by this experience. I would like a refund or partial refund for this. I had to wait over a hour to get my rental due to the person texting in and no on covered. The lady that did arrive was very rude when she arrived. Other customer were waiting longer than I was. This set back my moving schedule
I did not add the protection plan. Self help is laggy and confusing.
I made my reservation online and when I arrived to location to pick up my rental, I was told that they didn't have my truck. It was extremely inconvenient and a waste of time. There needs to be a better stream of communication when making online reservations. I had an entire schedule for that day, and the process threw my day off.
I booked equipment at one dealer. Went to get it and was told I had to go to another desperate 15 miles away. I had to pay additional mileage on it. Not fair to me...cost me more money..
I would recommend had I not been double charged; $96 for a 10-ft. truck for 4 hours is ridiculous; rental rate is $19.95 PER DAY. I have requested these charges be corrected, but have not received a response. Very disappointing!
I was extremely frustrated that I was made to go to a location that was a lot farther from where I was needing to go. But even though the location right down the street from where I was told me they had a truck corporate wouldn't let me rent from there. But yet I am the one that has to pay for those extra miles. I am pretty unhappy about that.
The steering was out of alignment and INCREDIBLY loose. I'm a semi professional race car driver and i could barely keep it between the lines and i only drove 18 miles. I would recommend getting that looked at. Other than that it was easy and simple.

Stephanie always does a great job. I've rented from this location before and I appreciate her knowledge, experience and professionalism. If I ever need a truck.. this is where I'll always go!
The return for the vehicle process was more than expected. They should either provide information on its process or discuss it at length prior to your move. It involved taking pictures of the odometer and other areas. I was unaware of this and had already placed the keys in the drop box prior to checking the truck in by phone. That did not work well.

Everything was fine except I ordered a dolly and blankets and they were not put in the truck and i had to go to home depot to rent them.
I would only say the web site needs work. Otherwise we had no problems from start to finish! : )

the truck was a little messy in the back. I mentioned it to Patrick and swept it out for me I don't usually complain, but he let me know if anything was wrong, he would fix it, and he did!!!!!
Location and workers are great. Just the price for uhaul overall is expensive
