The worker there was not helpful, had to call u-Haul to actually get my discount. Worker kept joking around and deflected questions I had for him. He provided 5/6 clean moving mats, the one that was dirty was full of oil and stained the hardwood floor as I moved my stuff. He made me carry all the equipment to the actual truck instead of him preloading it. The truck also had trash rolling around the cab. Overall i would not recommend the worker/ satellite location.
PATRICK KCalled for 4 days straight and they would not answer the phone. There was a check-in error with the app so they didn’t check in my car. Ended up having to drive to the location to get this fixed after 4+ calls to U-Haul. That location gives U-Haul a very bad name. Why allow a company that won’t answer their phone to represent the U-Haul brand? Total disaster.
