I ordered a dolly which was not inside the truck and then was not removed from my bill after requesting that I not be charged. Also when the trucks are parked close together it is difficult to get the pictures fir inspection.

1- I did the resorvation online and I declined the coverage, when I returned back they charged me $15 dollar extra ,when the agent called the customer service, they said it is too late to fixed. I felt I got scammed by Uhaul 2-The truck was in a very poor condition, seats torn and not clean. The agent did not left the office to check me out and mark the scratches.
Karzan SAsked for two dozen blankets to only find one single blanket in my U-Haul truck. Was not happy and they adjusted my reservation to one dozen blankets. Unreal!!!

JANE FA small issue of wetness on the floor inside the loading area. Office staff said that it may have been from a slight roof leak due to recent rains? Truck was clean and in good condition when I picked it up.
