The drop off location was between a liquor store and auto mechanic drop. There was nobody to help and instructions for drop off was very unclear. It was in an unsafe area. I would not recommend this drop location to anyone. Please review this place and I would recommend to move the drop off from this area.
Sarah H.The suggested location did not exist. The next closest location was also closed permanently. We finally dropped off at a sketchy 3rd location and were charged for extra days. We called customer service after dropping off to notify of the situation. The next business day were charged for not dropping off on time. Another $65 that customer service says we will be refunded. Overall, a terrible experience for what I thought would only cost $45
