Their computer system was down when we got there and the mileage on my contract was different from the gauge in the truck, both of which required extra time. Also the gas level on my contract and the actual gas gauge were not exactly the same, so we were charged extra for gas even though we submitted a picture of the gauge from before we started. In my opinion, the tank should start at full and be returned at full to avoid discrepancies like this. The tank was less than half full and was recorded on contract as 1/2 full.
