When I picked up my truck the people there were very rude and would not instruct me on my auto tow trailer . I had problems with straps on trailer all the way to FLORIDA. The truck was also to small and at some times would not go over 40mph. The people in Palm Bay drop off were excellent staff and I would recommend them.Michael F.

The equipment I ordered and needed (a furniture dolly) was not available at the location of my truck. I had to drive out of my way to get a dolly from another location! The first location said I could return the dolly to that location with the truck, but the other location said absolutely not and I had to then go out of my way to take the dolly back as well, wasting quite a lot of time and money!!!CANDICE M.

The truck was not maintained mechanically. It ran very rough, did not want to shift. I am glad I only put 21 miles on it. If I had a big job or out of state I would have to have gotten a different truck. This one was scary. I did mention to the place that it ran rough. No comment from them as if don't bother me I don't care. I hope it doesn't leave someone stranded between here and who knows where.DONALD P.

I don't think it's the location's fault but, when I reserved the truck, I signed up for the 24/7 truck share program where I just use my smartphone to check in. When I arrived there and attempted to check in, UHaul's website said I had to see the attendant to pick up my truck. Just wish I hadn't wasted time setting up the mobile check-in and learning how to do it.STEPHANIE S.
The guy was annoyed because we didn't use the â€œonlineâ€ option to return the truck. We returned it 45 minutes prior to the place closing ..... I will never refer anyone to that location.â˜¹ï¸DARYL R.
But make sure your trailer is properly attached. The guy processed my order was not willing to even show me what is mine, I had to roam around their lot to find my trailer. After I insisted, he attached it to my van but very poorly. It completely came off halfway, I was very luck that one chain was still hooked which prevented a very serious accident on highway. Me and my family on board were very luck to scape this accident due to negligence and unprofessionalism from the guy who installed. I am still too upset about it.Mohammed H.
Online reservations. The drop down is not phone friendly. The browser i used made it difficult to select, changed my requests if i couldn't select it fast enough. My time became an issue, your customer service charged me over due to this. Trying to get keys was a small issue, guy didn't understand screen, didn't get checked in till 8:40, using up my time. Uhauls online reservations need work. Cant charge people for mistakes that are their control. Ill be using another company to finish my move.Kristie C.

The service was great, but the price was not. I was quoted 69 cents per mile, but when I arrived to pick up the rental was told it was a "weekend price" of 99 cents per mile. There was no mention of this whatsoever on the reservation page. The gentleman who waited on me was very apologetic and understanding; however, this was out of his control. My only issue was in the middle of this crazy pandemic no one (employee) was wearing a mask. That made me question, was the van I rented cleaned properly prior to me renting it. Otherwise, I always rent from this location.Christothoula S.
