Easy to rent but was not aware I’d be charged almost $150 at the end, I already had to pay a large amount upfront and find it out rages for unknown price at the end. Maybe it’s not the companies fault but the guy who I returned the U-Haul to. Still really annoyed to have seen that without being made aware.
Nicolas DThe business owner has an unleashed dog that lunged at my children and myself. The person manning the counter was very nonchalant about this and simply asked for the keys to the truck.
CHARLOTTE DThis was the third "confirmation " we received. They didn't have a dolly or furniture blankets and we had to take a much bigger truck than we needed that wound up getting about 10 miles to the gallon. The air-conditioning didn't work so we had to travel over 400 miles on the interstate with windows open. The truck was so loud and with the windows open we had to scream to be heard.
