The sliding door latch on 5 X 8 trailer gets caught on the lip at the top of the entry when door is rolled back. One must pull door inward to free latch to free it before door will roll back down. This is impossible when trailer is loaded. Someone will lose their fingers.

I was not told the 10 ft truck didn't have a ramp till I got there. I also wasn't told the cost of 50 miles would be put on my card automatically. Thank God I'm not moving again any time soon.

Everything was fine except dropping off after hours. It took us 30 minutes to figure out the key drop box was not locked - you just had to push it extremely hard. It was VERY hard to open. Also - having to stand outside and take pictures was a pain. Also couldnt remember my uhaul.com password. The entire process took 45 minutes

This location is absolutely horrible. When I arrived there was no one around. I had to search for an employee. He then proceeded to ignore my questions during check in. When I arrived to the drop off location to turn in the vehicle I again had to hunt down an employee. I found two employees in the back room. They told me to wait for them at the counter. I was ignored for 10 minutes. This location acts as if my business is an inconvenience.

I called to reserve my Uhual... the rep advised me it would be $39.99. I specifically asked the rep if I could use cash, she stated yes, I could, however, neglected to advise me that in order to use cash I had to put down another $100 deposit just to be able to use cash. So when I got to Uhaul my price changed to &176 plus the additional $100 deposit to pay with cash. So my total for a Uhaul was $276. For 24hrs. I cancelled my reservation. That was so ridiculous.
