Tadele UThat the lock boxes are on the other side of the building from the trucks was horribly inconvenient- especially since it’s a strip mall, so it was really a pain. They also didn’t provide the requested equipment (dolly and pads).

lori dLock Box to retrieve key from online checkout wasn’t working properly? Manager was very rude on the phone, while I was explaining the problem with the Lockbox. Truck gas gauge was on empty, and no Appliance Dolly in truck, which I had requested. Their was no lighting in back of building were Lock Box & Key drop off was located, pitch black and very dangerous! I’ll never ever use that location again 😩
