Did not have all equipment I ordered...lacked furniture dolly. When I turned my equipment in they still had me in the system as having picked up a furniture dolly and a large dolly in addition to the utility dolly I did have.

THIRD TIME I HAVE MADE A RESERVATION FOR A TRAILER, GOT A CONFIRMED RESERVATION, AND DID NOT HAVE A TRAILER, (LOVE THE SPEECH THAT A RESERVATION OF EQUIPMENT IS NOT A GUARANTY OF SAID EQUIPMENT) CAN NOT SEE HOW A COMPANY CAN BE SO ARROGANT TO MAKE SUCH A STATEMENT. THIS LOCATION DID GO THE EXTRA MILE AND GET ME A TRAILER, THANK YOU AMY!!!! THE MAIN LOCATION IN CONROE TX JUST SENT ME PACKING.

Windshield was so dirty i had to clean it when i got home. I had ordered 10 moving pads and they were all out of pads. Would have been nice to know this in advance so i could have gotten pads or towels to use.

There was a little confusion at the beginning as I went in to rent the truck. So I went online to reserve because Conroe feed store said they didnt have one and online could find me one. Online gave me them. They fixed the issue and helped me get on my way. Which they did quickly.

The location where I had a reservation/confirmation, 1305 I-45 South Conroe, TX 77301 DID NOT HAVE A TRUCK WHEN I ARRIVED!! And their attitude was pretty much so what!!!! I will NEVER rent from this location again, very poor customer service. Since Roger is no longer the manager of this location, it has gone to hell in a handbag. The location I did get a truck from, they were very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this location.

I reserved my truck on May 16th for use on June 25th. I called two days prior to the location to make sure my truck would be at that location. Representative at the location assured me the truck would be there. I showed up at my assigned time and my truck was NOT at the location. This was not communicated to me prior to showing up. Representative told me there was nothing they could do but make ME drive to another location to get the truck. This was of course with several other vehicles in the lot that were also what I reserved. When I arrived at the second location they didn’t have any of the items I had reserved along with the truck. I reserved 10 blankets they only had 4. I reserved a dolly, they didn’t have any. So I had to return BACK to the other location to get my other items. When arriving at home I realized the second location did not put in the blankets so I ended up with only 6 blankets. I didn’t have time to return for a THIRD time because movers were already at my house ready to work. I ended up having to use my own bed comforters for moving blankets. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because online reservation was easy and return of the vehicle was easy. I’m not sure if I was charged for the items I didn’t receive but I hope I wasn’t.
