It was a little confusing to find the exact office upon arrival. Customer service was awesome and everything was smooth . My first time renting from U Haul a little confusing as to why a trailer has no jack on it, but we made out fine !!! Thank you so much for providing excellent service.

Only issue I had with the dropoff location was that it was not well identified as a UHaul location.

I was rented a old trailer, connection was 2" had to purchase tow ball was given incorrect information about trailer when called location could not go over 45 mph or trailer would swim like a fish and had bad tires. that trailer should not be rented to anyone again.

the windshield wipers needed to be replaced the turn in of the uhaul was difficult it had me return the keys before taking pictures of everything like the gas gauge not saying i wouldnt use them again just a few updates that should be done to the process

They were quick to get our rental agreement completed, trailer hooked up, and we were on our way. The trailer was in good shape.

I do not have a smart phone and will not be getting one anytimem soon. Requiring everything be done by the mobile app was frustrating. The staff at this location was very helpful and used her smart phone for the parts I was supposed to do, but the fact that she could not complete the check out or return on her desktop because of the way you have set the system up seems ridiculous to me.

No one was at the actual UHaul office. I was assisted by the representative of UHaul at the business next door. Joshua stated he used to work for UHaul and he still helps people return equipment (at the Airport Rd location) frequently. That would be fine if I knew to expect that. Again--that said, Joshua was very pleasant and efficient. I need to rent again for a repeat trip this coming week. Your people are great and I have no hesitation renting from UHaul again

The only issue I had was the fuel fee, which I didn't think was expressed very well when I originally rented the truck. I felt like everything else was sort of laid out except for this. It was frustrating because, for twenty miles worth of driving, I had to pay $21 dollars because my gas gauge had moved this barely noticeable increment. Besides this, everything was great.
