The customer does not work for UHaul. Downloading an app, operating the app in the dark and in chilly weather with weak cell phone signal, and taking pictures of the dash and inside of the vehicle are uncalled for, ridiculous requests of a customer. Then to say I don’t do it, I get charged more? Asinine! I should have gotten paid for the time wasted. My rate is $400/hour,

Laura TThis office to this location was closed when I arrived. Note of the door noted out of office but looked clean and inviting. The personnel were not there so I had to mark something or the survey won't close.
