Didn't have the appliance dolly that I ordered, but they let me know beforehand. But I had to add kilometers in order to get one.

Truck was fine and maintained well but it was grungy inside with dog hair on the floor and a wad of gum stuck to the dash. The front fascia/grille and windshield were dirty and full of bugs. I'm fine with all that, personally, but others wouldn't be.
Masks and Sanitizer available. Very nice of the attendant letting me park my vehicle on site while using the van. Thanks for that and appreciate it alot. I find the call center tone to be a little condescending. Almost sounds like they want me to select the wrong size truck. But still professional which I can respect.
The app isn't very clear with instructions, the person at the counter asked for all my information even though it was already in the system, it was hard to understand him. In all, not very good experience.

You took my reservation for a furniture dolly but did not provide one and made pathetic excuses as to why you could not. Do not take reservations if you cannot guarantee the product will be there, it's very simple. This is not the first time this has happened, I will get my rental trucks somewhere else from now on.
LOVED that it was online pickup/drop off so u can have the rental even when its closed.
Be more cooperative instead of acting like a robot. I have asked for a refund for the extra kms to this location from my desired location basiclly 3.5km Ã—4 =14km extra km rip off, as I have left it twice to pick up my vehicle, More than $7 becauae U haul has change my location few hours before my reservation. Not impressed
We received a great customer service from Woody. He was very helpful and professional. Track rental and returning process was very efficient.
My daughter and I helped out her male coworker for his move. With very little notice we were able to rent the Uhaul cube van from Boong Boong. All went very well. Thank you very much Ray Yoo.
When return with more gas in tank they should give discoun on KM.
The person serving me took an hour to process a reservation change after the uhaul-mobil sign out failed. The person told me the location was open until 6PM and it was only open till 4PM.
It wasn't clear that on the weekend I would have to call to get access to the keys.... Perhaps if that could be made clearer it would improve the customer experience a little.
0 explanation on how to get access to the U-Haul. I reserved 10' truck at 11:30 and got to the place with no one to help me. did the website notify me on how to pick up the truck on my own? no. so, I had to make a phone call to the U-haul and then they told me that I need to finish the process on the website with my account. it took me 40 min to get to the agent who helped me through and the total delay was about an hour. Did I get this hour back? no. Summary 1) Your website is not kind enough to guide the customer. I saw another guy trying to pick up his truck who was also confused 2) I didn't receive a reward for the wasted time which was 100% caused by lack of information on the website 3) overall 2 stars out of 5, I don't think I will ever borrow your truck again or recommend it to my friends.
Online check in was done in advance, however the rep could not find the online check in and had to do it again.

The instruction steps on the app upon returning the vehicle could have been made clearer. I dropped off the key per the instruction without knowing that the following step would require me to take a photo of the odometer and the fuel level.
The truck was unsafe to drive, which was a concern. The vehicle was not driven after dark until the last evening. The headlights were loose and flopping about. They were not lighting the roadway in front of the vehicle, but rather pointing upwards. Could not see the road. The tires were worn to the point that they would not pass a road safety inspection
First time renting uhaul, and this very friendly person explained the process very well. I would definitely go there agian
Every thing about the truck was fine but because I was just below the 3/4 fuel mark where it was before i picked it up, I was charged $10. Sure if it was 1/8 of a tank difference or more I could see this charge. But just under. What if it was just about the 3/4 mark. Would I get paid $10. Very petty business practice.
Automatically move my pick up place, the pick up website crash all the time
Wrong lock box code provided. Wrong license plate number recorded. Took us half an hour to sort out the above and begin our move. The portal for online pick up is terrible. I would do counter pick up next time. Every time we had to upload a photo we had to do it 3 times cause it just kept reloading.
Well I booked in one location for 9am . Got sent to further location that doesn't open till 10am. I called a day ahead to confirm and they confirmed 10am. I arrived early waited till 10:30 then after nobody showed up I called and got told it wasn't worth opening for one pick up.., so I got directed to a self pick up , after numerous calls I finally got directed to some support... ( support was helpful and patient with my pour attitude) it still took additional 35 min to self pick up!!! Over all the pick up and drop off location was totally a bad experience and should never have the wrights to be a part of U Haul team!!! Hopefully next time I can get what I pay for and expect out such a industry leading corporation???
One of the headlights on the truck was out. This meant our night driving was both dangerous and difficult. When I picked up the truck, it said the key would be inside the box part of the truck. It was hard to find tucked into the side of the truck. Wasted time. HATE having the dolly and pads in the truck for us to use (I ordered none.) They are in the way, take up space and a hassle. Get rid of this silly upsell thing. Using the app based check in was also needlessly long, dysfunctional and inaccurate. Had to photo license twice, mileage was inaccurate by more than 1600miles and could not be changed - even with photography. Location had to sort this all out after I returned the vehicle and it came up on the app that I had driven the truck 1650 miles in the 10 hours I had it. Obviously inaccurate.
