Nothing. The man that I talked and met with when renting the U-haul was great. Very nice, friendly, informative, helpful, and even gave me helpful advice when I was stressed about moving. He really was a pleasure to meet and made the process very easy. Customer service like that is hard to come by nowadays.
Ordered the truck but it was available in a different location. This made me spent almost double the amount of money for milage than I would have. And I didn't get a notification that it was in a different location until the day before.
The gentleman that helped me was very nice and friendly.
It was raining when we moved and there was a leak in this truck that got some of our stuff wet. We are waiting a few days to plug in two tvs out of caution due to blanket covering tvs was wet.

The gentleman who waited on me, Doug, was great! He was polite, prompt, and eager to help. He answered the questions that I had and offered tips about the truck.. Just really good customer service. I hope all of your employees are like him.
I had originally stopped at U haul on the miracle mike in Elmira NY. They did not have what I needed but the jumped right on the computer and found me a trailer. Customer service at both locations were second to none. I will highly recommend both dealers.
