No office just an abandoned room with a phone, no one in the office and no way to reach anyone. We were redirected to this office from our original location and given a larger truck than we asked for and were originally going to be charged a higher price

The trailer we rented was used previously to haul a vehicle of sorts and the smell of fuel was less than desirable. Floor was not swept and the exterior of the trailer needed washed.
