To start pff the representative that helped us at this location lied to us and charged us to a card he wasn’t authorized to do so ,to make it worse at the location were we returned it in Brownsville tx the cashier has rude comments and was speaking to us in a rude unprofessional tone, to top things off the dollie we rented was miasing a light HORRIBLE experience overall

Everything went well except I didn’t know I had to pay for mileage in town. So instead of the price being $19.95, it was $47.95. That is a huge difference. Management and the facility was very nice.

I turned in the Auto transport one day early because I did not need it. The people working refused to give me any type of receipt that I turned it in. I asked if they could write a note on my copy of the contract and sign acknowledging that I turned it in and they refused! I turned in the truck the following day without incident.

Everything went well until I tried to turn in the Uhaul in Pflugerville, Texas. The rental guy mentioned a Uhaul place on 290 for turn in. I told him there were other Uhaul locations closer to me and I would turn the Uhaul in there. He never said anything else. My wife went to the closest place to me to turn in the trailer and they REFUSED to take it. They made my wife drive 20-25 minutes to the 290 location. She arrived around 10 am and there was nobody at the location to turn the trailer in. She called the 1-800-gouhaul number and they advised her to just leave the trailer. 2 hours later someone calls me wanting to know where the trailer is and wanting to charge me $20.00 or so for being late. She was not late, they were just not there. My wife called 1-800-gouhaul again, and they told her they would fix it. Worst Uhaul experience EVER!

They didn't have the size truck I reserved and charged me for an extra day when I was 45 minutes late. After I received a truck that didn't have the amount of gas in it that the receipt showed! Plus I used a Uhual a few days before and had to wait 2 hours to get my truck because they didn't have a truck instock. I'm upset I couldn't be compensated for my few minutes over

My husband & I could NOT complete the online pick up,(spent,3hours),therefore, I drove to the Dunbarton, Corpus Christi location to complete the Uhaul rental paperwork which took 15 minutes.
