To pick up the keys I had to wait for the attendant to come back from lunch(1pm-2:15pm,
Juan CThere were A LOT of roaches when I opened the back door. It was also stated al that I needed to return the truck swept which was not done prior to me picking up. I had to clean the truck before putting my stuff in. I also ended up paying more once I returned it even though I turned it in a whole day early?!!!!!!

JOSE DThe facility was just fine. Your reservation system is atrocious. Even though we hat reserved the vehicle at our local U-Haul place a week in advance, we were forced to travel an hour away to pick up the truck. Once there, the manager told us he didnt have a truck reserved for us. We finally got a truck from him after he called dispatch. I will look for alternate companies in the future for my moving needs.
