The service was excellent and they were very attentive to my needs. I will use this location every time I need to use a tryck.
Nicky G.Charged us for $35 in gas that we did not owe. There was more gas in that truck when we dropped it off than when we picked it up. In addition, we were charged $35 for after hours drop off. There was another U-haul dealer in town that stayed open later than that location. We called to let her know that we would be dropping the truck off at the still open location. She told us it had to be dropped off at her location and that we could not leave it at another location. I don't think that's true. I think she lied to me. I feel like this location stole $70 from me. I will never do business there again. She over charged us by $70 in needless fees.
VICTORIA R.This location was nearly impossible to contact and was very sketchy. The lot had a for sale sign and was empty when we arrived. We had to jump through multiple hoops to contact the owner and have them come. This seemed to be the regular process at this location, but I would assume many people wouldn't take the steps we did to contact the owner.
