Rented a 5x8 trailer it was very dirty had trash on the inside of it trailer was covered in mud after they pulled it out of a mud lot they even luaghed about how much mud was on the trailer we took the trailer to the cat wash and cleaned it.. Store its self was a lawnmower shop not clean at all man that did the pepper work looked lost on how to rent the equipment. I would not rent from them again..

The computer system was horrendously slow. For some reason I ended up with multiple reservations as 2 other locations called me wondering when I was going to show up. For some reason I was charged $20 because the reservation had me going to Baton Rouge instead of Oppelousas.

Location was a little confusing. Basically a grass lot behind the storage buildings. Maybe better signage would help.

This location and personal were perfect, but the drop off was a different story. Die to the fact all locations in the rural area were closed on Sunday and I'm a disabled 63 yr old woman, I called into U-Haul Customer service to see if I could get a location to drop this trailer; long story is there wasn't, so the young lady set it up for me to drop off Monday. When I get to the designated location she told me to go, their computer system was charging for an extra day. Took a call from location to main dispatch, and a long wait to get things cleared up. My issue is that there seems to be a BIG communication problem within U-Haul with their representatives and Corporation.
