I wouldn't recommend or use U-haul again. I think holding money from my checking account 6 days AFTER I've returned your truck is questionable at best.

The employees were VERY friendly and kind, but the van was filthy! Trash littered the back, someone's coat and cane were still in the front, and the No Smoking rule was completely ignored. I was told there was a quarter tank of gas, but the van was on empty when I got it. Again, the employees were great.
Once a vehicle comes in from a rental, it should not be rented out until those units are inspected. When you can see the filthy mess by just looking inside the cab and the bed it should not have been put on the list ready to be rented. It shouldn't have to be up to the customers to inspect that equipment.
The people in this store are very nice. My problem I'm pretty sure is with the company itself. We were quote a price. We ended up keeping the truck an extra 8 hours. We called and let the store know we would be late. He said that was fine well 2 hours later I get a call from the main office tell me how their was someone waiting to rent the truck that i had and I'm late getting it back. Mind you I am still or just at my having it for 24 hours. I let her know I had talked to the man at the Uhaul where I rented it and told him I would be later then expected. She was being very rude so I told her I would call her back and let her go. Anyways I was quoted $50.03. I did have the truck for an extra 8 hours and drove the truck for probably double the miles I had guessed. I just got a call telling me they need me to pay an extra 50. They took 100 deposit from me when I rented the uhaul. Now they are telling me they need another 50. So my bill quadrupled I was charge for another full day which I understand but then I shouldn't have gotten so many calls about getting it back from the main office. Then I took and drop it off at main office because that is who has repeatedly called me telling someone was waiting for it. The manager calls me and tells me after I leave that if I don't come back and drive to where I got it from they were gonna charge me 180 more for doing it for me. So I get charged for those miles and that gas. I am sitting here thinking wow what a terrible way to run a business.

Needs some sort of office for uhaul customers
Hire someone who knows what they are doing and not lazy! My husband could not get him to help, and said he could not unhook a trailer that was connected to the truck we were eventually renting. My husband and friend had to remove trailer from truck themselves. Truck that we were supposed to be picking up not there and he had to call me, to call 800 Number to get something done. Employee had friends in business lounging around not clean or safe!
Place is a little sketchy! Employee had me do everything from verifying mileage and fuel to parking it in a slot for him. Don't think he is comfortable operating a U-Haul. Otherwise not bad. Got in and out as quick as possible.
This was a completely horrible experience with Uhaul. Our reservation was made 6 weeks ahead of time and we did not find out until the day before our reservation was to be picked up that the truck we reserved was not available. It was a holiday weekend so at this point all other trucks we're not available at other companies as well. Not only did we have to drive an hour and 40 minutes out of our way but we also had to make multiple trips with the truck to our moving destination which cost a lot of additional money. Also when we drop the U-Haul off we were charged for all of the extra miles which is completely unacceptable considering we had absolutely no control over the location of the truck when we tried to get the truck locally. I feel like the entire experience was handled very poorly and I would never recommend Uhaul to anybody. I do not ever intend to use Uhaul for anything in the future and I will make sure to tell as many people as I know not to use Uhaul because of the experience that I had. We had to do an after-hours pick up since our location was so far out of the way and we could not get there in time so when we got there and attempted to do the after hours Check in in order to get the key the live representative gave about 10 seconds to give a second alternate contact and I had not finished entering the number and she had decided to just kick out the request completely. This resulted in us having to call and sit on hold and ultimately have to completely cancel our reservation and put in a whole new request we were extremely upset and frustrated that all of this continued to happen with Uhaul. This should have not been such a complicated process but U-Haul completely dropped the ball and we will never use this company again.

I made the reservation to pick the truck up at 10:30 am and didn't get the truck until after 12
We waited over an hour to get the truck I had reserved. Apparently the attendant was new, but there was no one there to assist him. would not recommend this location for rentals.
Very slow service. We were the only ones there and it still took 20 minutes to check in and another 20 minutes to check out, even though we had already given them all the information to make it faster with the online reservation.
Service was extremely slow. They made me wait 1.5 hours because their system does not work. They also told me that I can return anywhere i would like but infact when i return to another uhaul, i was told price will be doubled. So i had to go again to drop it to their location.
I am very unhappy with my rental experience and would like some compensation. The wait was over an hour to get rental because of inexperienced worker. A second man had to drive to station to get machine working. We wasted valuable time and we had to call in a sitter for my handicapped grandson due to this delay which cost more money. I wanted to go someone where else, but the man at the station kept saying it would just be a moment but he kept waiting on other costumers. The back door to rental was not working and would not close. We had to pry it closed with help from a gentleman at the storage area. I was told it would be a $34.18 charge complete where it was a $ 149.31 charge - none of this was explained and I checked with my bank and that is what is coming out of my account. Obviously It Was A Very Bad experience! Please advise!
The location was a scary neighborhood. The cashier running the gas station did not know what he was doing and the process of picking the uhaul up was far too long. When picking the uhaul up, the uhaul was still very dirty. The plates on the trailer were expired also and we werent aware until half way through our trip. I would not recommend this location to anyone and would NEVER use this again.
