The attendant said he would check us in but he did not and I received a message saying the equipment was late. I called and it was handled quickly.

Aaron hParking lot was small for the truck that we had, the personnell was not affliated with U-haul and couldn't speak English so they couldn't help when we were having issues with the website. We will be picking a different site for any future moves.
Andrew FGloves and sun glasses were left in the vehicle from the previous renter. Passenger floor had some dirt (not too bad). It was apparent that no one had inspected the vehicle interior from the previous renter. I had issues checking in the vehicle due to a license transfer I recently got. The location attendant wasn’t able to help me because he didn’t have access to the UHaul system and the other person was not there. The attendant told me I should just “go to another location.” I was finally able to work out the issues through the online chat session. It’s pretty terrible that the online group is more helpful than in person. THIS LOCATION WAS ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL. Worst experience I had at a U-Haul site.
