Bonnie R.We chose the mobile pickup option and both the website and app repeatedly malfunctioned. When it came time to get the keys, we couldn't find anyone on the property for over 45 minutes until the owner emerged from some back workshop. We were well over an hour late to pick up furniture.

Karen K.I ordered pads. He did not have and charged me. I had to point that out and ask for a refund. When I picked up the gas was slightly more than1/2 he called 5/8. Same when dropped off but they called 1/2 and charged me $20. That is not right. Tank should be full to avoid this arbatry reading
