I dropped off the truck on Saturday and had called the staff on Saturday, and Monday to request them to please check in the truck. Was not able to get the truck checked in until VVI called the corporate office and they contacted upper MGMT.

Melissa CIt was ok. She gave me a price and said it would be lower when I returned it to her same day. When I came back an hour later she was gone so I locked it up and left it there. I'm disappointed that I was charged more than what she said since I was there on time and she was gone.
Seron BThe truck was full of trash. I Uploaded pictures also the truck was low on oil there was no gas in the truck. I upload pictures of the gas gages. customer service was excellent Ashley was a great help. will I recommend renting from them again never. And then they have the nerve to charge me an extra $18. Ashley told me she would give a discount on the truck because it was so trashed. I guess that's not going to happen.
