The cab interior was dirty. The floor has not been cleaned. This was not a problem for my quick-move two-hour rental. But I would not want to ride long-distance in this condition. The truck drove properly with no problems. And the charges were just as expected.Bruce M.

When making my reservation and arriving to pick it up our uhaul at 7am our uhaul was no where to be seen. After calling in the customer service representative apologized and told us that our uhaul was never meant to be at that location and no one updated our order or reached out to us. He was nice enough to find us another but it was 20 miles away. Once arriving to the new location the app and the website kept freezing/not working and I wasnt able to complete some of the things I needed to to pick up the uhaul. I was very disappointed by this experience, especially since weve used the 24/7 mobile pick up once before with no issues.Nicolas C.

Wasn't the dropoff site that was given to me at pickup. The 877# had me change to this spot. Wasn't that big of deal since it was only 2 miles away.David H.

We were assigned this location for pickup of a 4'x 8' trailer which was farther than what we wanted to travel. On top of that, U-Haul told us there were no 4'x8' trailers, so we were assigned a 5'x8' trailer "at no extra cost". This business pickup location insisted we ordered the 5'x8' and wanted to charge us the additional cost. During the pickup process, the business repeatedly lost wifi and the computer shut down several times during the process. I had to spend an hour on the phone with U-Haul to straighten out the order and adjust the cost for a 4'x8' trailer. On top of all that, after bringing the U-Haul home, we discovered that one of the tires was stripped and needed replaced before our trip. So we spent an additional hour trying to connect with U-Haul to get the tire fixed. Not the best experience by far with U-Haul or this particular business.David V.
The online checkin is very difficult to do without a good signal on a personal device. I was supposed to pickup my unit at 8am, Almost an hour later I managed to get the truck. I never received my email with information of how to do so til 8:41AM. Very frustrating. This process should be initiated prior to arrival to ensure a smoother process. Similarly when dropping off, I was never informed on a drop box or where it was located. After waiting on hold for nearly 30 minutes, I found it. Originally I anticipated it would go back into a lock box from which i retrieved it. I will never attempt the after hours procedures again. Otherwise the unit was clean and ready to go.Matt L.

It was okay but a strange entry and exit right off a busy road. I thought I was picking the truck up 25 miles closer than where I was assigned. Also, it was annoying that everything was separated. The key pick up box was completely across a largish parking lot to the truck. Then, the key drop off afterwards was on the opposite with a building between where I had to park the truck vs the dropbox.Dan O.

I listed an additional contact during mobile pickup in the event of the rental not being returned on time. That contact was immediately contacted and questioned. Considering the alternatives for that option were to provide a lease contract or a passport, I think it was very misleading. Especially because I picked up the rental before dawn. If I have to wait on someone to analyze a mandatory selfie against a license picture, I'd rather wait in person. Mobile check in, while convenient for the store's employee shortage, is irritating. It took 30 minutes to do a mobile check in that would have taken a clerk maybe 10 minutes. If there's no 4G in the area, you're screwed.Jeff M.

I was disappointed to arrive and find that he didn't have the furniture dollies. I had to drive to another Uhaul location (Gordon's - they were wonderful!) and because of that, we were an hour behind!Paul Y.
Emails are cluttered & unintuitiveâ€”there should be very clear calls-to-action for what to expect, and when; and there should be directions in the rental approval email for how to start the return. Similarly, if an account has an open rental, there should be a top-of-home-page message about how to close/dispute the rental.Zack D.
