I tried getting refunded due to the website not working for the gas levels and being charged for a full tank, but aside from that the truck was missing the entire right hand side mirror and made the trip horribly unsafe. No one seemed surprised when I raised this issue and wouldn't replace the truck. There were also a bunch of loose screws moving around the back that at one time got jammed the loading ramp jammed as one fell into the cracks and prevented it from pulling out or back in and took forever to remove.
