Was a little tough to find. From the street there is a very small sign that is hard to see. Make a bigger sign, make it easier to see from Douglas Ave. There were no personnel at this location.

Pick up and drop off was horrible. I’ve already filed a complaint and want a refund. Direction for pick up was terrible. Signing the terms and conditions was hard. The truck was backed up to a bunch of tree branch they I can’t see the back based on instructions on how to get a code for the keys. The key lock combination won’t open and it was 1 degrees outside. Had to call customer service for help and get a key to a different truck. Too the truck back and the door didn’t even open. When I returned the car, there was no drop off key box and I had to run around the building to drop it off to an actual employee and he told me my location drop off was wrong but it was the right location. I’m not going t use UhAul anymore.

EMMANUEL KEquipment was filthy inside and out. i had to clean it inside and out prior to using.
JAY NNot a super helpful team as it was not an official Uhaul location and they did not know a ton about the products we rented.
