Worst service ever. Sent me to locations in the middle of no where. Deliberately trying to waste my time. I'd never use UHAUL in Cullman AL for any reason

Alex PHorrible Horrible horrible. No one was there. Zero help, zero phone answering, spent 2 hours trying to drop off through app, Finally called 1800 number and she said she went through the return process, and middle of next week I get a call stating that I stole the trailer. Not sure if this ever got fixed and showed as returned, and when I spoke my dis satisfaction was told oh well. WOW. Was also supposed to receive a call back from the regional sales rep to verify this has been returned and still nothing. Worse experience ever and I use yall all the time. Guess I need to find another company.
