I reserved to pick up truck from location in Buena Park off Orangethorpe and I reserved it for 6 hours Somehow once reserved it changed location to somewhere in cypress and told me it was a 4 hour rental. Called customer service but was no help they instead put me on hold and never came back to me Then they email me saying truck needs to be back I though you rent trucks by the day. Since when is it hourly

Am not sure if there’s a scam , but in the mobile app said for 2 days it would be around 89 with insurance included , in total I payed $193 for 2 day service which that’s ridiculous never ever going to rent at that place again , the guy seem pretty rude unacceptable not great service .

The parking lot where the vehicles was a little tricky to get out of without risking damaging the vehicles and trailers. I think this was due to how crammed it was and just the placement of the trailer making it difficult to pull in and out. Fortunately, one of the employees helped guide me out when I left and another even helped by backing the van into the parking spot himself without issue.

The man working at this location had horrible customer service. First, he just gave me the key to the truck and sent me out to find it by myself. He didn’t come inspect it with me or go over any of the paperwork with me. I paid for a dolly and it was not included with the truck which I didn’t realize until I was already back to my apartment, so I had to come back to the lot after packing up half my things to get the dolly to which the man responded with “oh you didn’t take it?” And then gestured to the dolly sitting BEHIND the counter and told me I was supposed to take that one. When I returned the uhaul at the end of the day I opted to not fill up the whole gallon and a half of gas I used and to just pay the $5.75/gallon instead since I was moving and on a time crunch. When I told him this, he said to me “You didn’t put gas in? Oh do you just have so much money that you couldn’t be bothered?” Which was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. The uhaul truck itself was in good condition and I was able to pick it up in a timely manner but the customer service here was SO awful I would never return here or recommend anyone I know to use this facility.

went to pick up our uhaul after hours, entered passcode into key box, opened key box, but there were no keys. Called uhaul, was placed on hold while they contacted manager, and was disconnected. When I called back, I learned that the manager had forgotten to put the keys in the box before he left for the day. He initially told us to return in the morning but we could not reschedule other consequential plans for moving. Eventually, nearly 1.5 hours later, manager came and gave us the keys. Overall, we detrimentally relied on uhaul’s promise to deliver goods which was not delivered as promised.

1st my reservation was at the Cherry Ave location. The morning of I was sent instead to the Paramount Blvd location. When I got there, the trailer was not there and was sent to Tiger Enterprises. The parking lot was filled with swap meet goer's cars and I had to work for 30 minutes to get the trailer out from behind a pair of gates. The owner was of no help.....didn't know anything about towing anything and couldn't move any cars for better access., HORRIBLE is a good description!!!!!

First there was no place to park my car while I used the rental truck. I have never experienced this at any UHaul. Just got my bill, I drove a total of 7 miles and was charged for 18 miles. Of course I am not going to go over there and dispute the difference, but I should have been charged $4.83 total for mileage but was charged $12.42. So I was over charged by $7.59. No I would not recommend this location although it is less than a mile from my home.

The van was clean for the most part and picking it up took quick, however I was charged a bogus cleaning fee the following day even though I returned the van clean and all I had was some boxes in the back. When I called to dispute this fraudulent charge, the man hung up on me. I had to call and file a claim for my refund. Stay away from this place!

When I returned the truck I was at that point informed about a cleaning fee, and was charged an extra $25. If I would have known about this fee I would have taken care of the issue. The customer service here was subpar.

On pickup of truck, I was assisted by a very rude person. Wants me to sign the u-haul agreement hastily and even suggested not to read it and just sign. He was upset since he wants to go out of office already even if it's just 3 PM. If he doesn't like my business, I can always proceed to another u-haul dealer. This place needs even a basic customer service training on the dos and don'ts on being at the front line with customers. This is not the u-haul experience that I expected, this office needs re-training!

In 5931 lakeshore Dr the agent toke mistake I rent 6 blanket but they put in invoice trolly. When I dropoff truck to another location they told me u haul charge you 40$ instead of 10$ For blankets rent price.you have to return trolley.
