I liked Allen, he was helpful and polite; the truck was a brute but worked for what I needed. When the payment didn't clear for the balance, I called another gentleman to make the balance up and he was extremely rude and unhelptul, telling me to add $$ to an account that had already rejected the payment, not sure he wanted to have $$ as much as he wanted to be unpleasant.

Joe was amazing! i was going through a really hard time and needed to move things quickly. Joe made the rental process very simple and answeried any questions I had. He extended the time i needed on the vehicle and overall made my life very simple at the time everything else I was dealing with was really hard. I would definitely recommend this rental location for U-Haul to anyone I know as it was a very good experience and I appreciate all they did for me
