Didn't see anyone at drop off location so can't rate them. But was contacted that the truck had not been returned. They just needed to look because it was parked right up front. ( plus additional fees!!!

Customer service is a dying art and unfortunately this facility doesn’t even know it’s really a thing…. Terribly disappointing.
Steve GThere wasn’t a clear indication of where to park the U-Haul truck. I parked it next to another U-Haul.
Rigo HI had an appointment at 12:30 and the attendant was gone and didn't show up until 12:45. There was a long line of people waiting. He asked if we knew how to hook up the trailer and came out only to take a picture and left... he didn't verify anything.
CONNIE KLet customers know employees will not be available during lunch breaks. I drove an hour to the location to pick up the equipment to find out that the employee on duty was on lunch. When paying for the equipment, the pre-disclosed discounted rate was not applied.
