Staffer didn't greet us as we stood in front of him at the counter for 2 minutes in silence. The truck was fine but customer service even on the phone call to this location before hand was not warm and welcoming. The same cold stiffness when we arrived on site. We checked in online so we just did most ourselves and got the key and the paper from the rep.Clarence G.

Rented a Uhaul in March. Was charged for extra gas when we filled up the gas tank right before drop off and the tank was on full when we dropped off (even submitted a picture). Was also charged toll fees when we never took toll roads. Never heard anything about these charges until today 5/19 when I got an email from Uhaul collections. Very poor customer service. They never reached out to settle the balance or even let me know of outstanding balance and just sent it off to collections.BRITTANY O.

Fry rd location was wonderful and they helped in a bad scenario. i made a reservation 2 weeks prior to my move with the Copperfield U-Haul on Hwy 6. On 7/27 i received a phone call from U-Haul asking if i could pick up the truck from a alternate location on FM 529 and barker cypress. i told the lady that called me that i would be willing to go to the alternate location and i was happy that i was going to have a truck to rent. On 7/30 i arrived at the location on FM 529 and the customer in front of me was renting the ONLY truck that they had at that location. There was NO truck for me. The employee at that location called U-Haul to inform them of the Double Booking on the truck and found a smaller truck than what i reserved at the Fry Rd location. i arrived at the Fry Rd location and they were very nice and accommodated me in getting the truck. When i returned the truck i received the same courtesy and helpful attitude that i received when i rented the truck. Thank you for having a truck available for me.SUZANNE C.

The uhaul appeared to be fine. I rented for 2 days to move my daughter across town. Every time I turned the uhaul off to load or unload I had to jump start the battery. It was frustrating but because I was paying mileage, I didn't want to trade it in. Also, it started raining and as soon as I turned on the windshield wipers, one flew off. Had to stop in the rain to repair. I usually rent directly from uhaul and until now I have had success.Kellye M.
Do not like the online check in. It is too tedious and redundant. It does not take place of a live person. The 'approval' is ridiculous having to give 2 numbers, employment, passport.Jennifer O.
