the website to rent is absolutely awful. This is the 2nd dealer i have reserved online only to have the dealer re enter my information because your "system" isnt cooperating. There are also way too many add on sale items with multiple pages to click thru when on the website.

Hoffman U-Haul was EXCELLENT!! We drove in at 1:15 a.m. and the owner offered to help get our vehicle off the trailer in pouring rain!.. He was extremely helpful and kind.. I highly recommend Hoffman U-Haul!! 5 star service!!!

Very customer oriented. Hooked up the trailer and all the safety chains and explained everything for me. Upon returning all I had to do was call him and he did all the checking for me so it was very convenient for me. I would use this U-Haul depot whenever I need a trailer. Vic did a great job.

Nobody was there for my scheduled pickup time. Trailer was covered in snow and employee told me it'll just blow off going down the road. Upon return nobody was there either. Online return couldn't find my location. When I picked up the trailer employee told me a could send a text to a specific phone number saying the trailer was returned just incase nobody was there or online website didn't work. So I did that and had to call the number hours later to confirm that it got checked in, which it didn't. Worst u-haul place I've ever been too. Needs a new owner or to be shut down.
