Tina W.One of the straps for the tire was hard to use, and they charged me an extra fee that they did not tell me about. I reached out to have it refunded and they did not respond. They also called me to say that I returned the trailer late, when in fact i returned it on time. There was poor communication from the owner to me, and from the owner to his employee.
