How about rent sage vehicles! Over all this van I rented from you apparently had 76 miles but it doesn't drive well all most got into so many accidents because this van was being pushed by the wind to a point that I had to drive on 635 at 45 miles per hour!!!!!unsafe

I was running late to pick up the cargo van so Jacob (the manager) called to confirm it was still needed. Then we discovered I went to the wrong location and so further delay. After all that, Jacob still had my van and was kind and understanding. Check out was a breeze and I was tootling away in the brand new van quickly. Checking back in was just as simple. Jacob is a pleasure to work with and when I need a van or truck again, I will definitely use this H-haul location.

I do not really have an issue with the office nor the attendant. Both were fine. My issue is with the process: the attendant was about deny me the rental of a truck because I did not have a 3 phone line. I ultimately gave him my wife's office number. That is ridiculous since most of us do not have 3 phone numbers. The additional issue: Originally, I had reserved the truck for 2 days, but upon speaking with the attendant, I was told that if I were to return the truck later than 8:00AM that he would charge me for a whole additional day. Therefore, the truck was not due until Friday at 8:00AM (that is what I paid for) but the attendant called me Thursday at 12:00PM asking me if he could get an ETA on when I was to return the truck? I found that highly irritating, because if you want to return the truck earlier, then you should have hourly rates for your truck rentals.

I showed up at 6:00 and the attendant had already locked the door. The attend was at the front desk and I could see him. I nocked on the door and then he told me to use the lock box. I had to check my self in and was standing in the rain. Not happy with the service.

The manager, Jacob Devin, was great! He treated me kindly and respectfully, and he made sure every detail was taken care of. He assured me that he would keep an eye on my car while I was using the van I had rented. I didn't worry about anything. Great guy!

The associate there didn’t want to do anything. My order was for 630pm. At 627pm I recd a call asking if I could download the app and finalize everything there because he had a lot of paperwork and needed to close. The doors were locked at 630 and another customer was wanting to get in. He had already put my keys in the lock box and gave me no choice to fill out everything on line. When I told him safari couldn’t find his location he said I had to enable location services on my phone for safari. I told him I never turn my location on and don’t want to. He stated that was my only option. Hard to understand why this guy literally wants to give his only job up to a computer. The next day I received a call at 130 asking when I was dropping of the truck. I said after work. The same guys was like I can extend it for you if needed and I said no. Why is he calling? Assuming he didn’t want to wait again close to closing so he could leave early. When I dropped the truck off the same guy then accused me of taking a dolly that was never in the truck. I ordered just a large appliance dolly and he suggested I had two. This guy needs to be fired.

The additional cost I was charged made me want to just pay movers instead. I was told one thing by the representative and was still charged.
