nichole B.This was the worst experience. First, the availability sure was changed. That was ok, but inconvenient, causing us to drive more miles than necessary. The U-Haul site gave the wrong directions, causing us to go over 20 miles out of our way. Then the contract I called, I didn't understand what he was telling me with his accent, so I had no idea if they knew we were coming to pick up our not. I arrived and the clerk was helpful, but didn't know anything about the procedure. The assistant manager was talking to me on the phone, basically redid all of the paperwork I submitted online. We didn't know which truck was ours, so we basically guessed. I don't know if it was right or not. This was really a terrible experience.
