TAKE YOUR TRUCKS SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY OVER CHARGED ME ON MILAGE BY 80.2 MILES AT $ .79 A MILE = $63.36 OVERCHARGE. I WAS GIVEN THE PAPERWORK & KEY, INITIAL HERE AND SIGN HERE, I'M GOING TO SMOKE A SIG. SAIOD THE GIRL A.J., SHE DIDN'T WALK ME OUT TO CHECK THE TRUCK OR MILAGE. IT TOOK FOREVER, EVEN THOUGH WE DID ALL THE PAERWORK ON LINE. CHECK OUT WAS A NIGHTMARE AS WELL, 45 -60 MINUTES. I KEPT TELLING THEM SOMETHING WAS WRONG THAT'S TOO MUCH OWED. FINALLY THE 2 KIDS CALLED THE MGR. WHO TOLD ME YOU'RE JUST GETTING CHARGED FOR WHAT YOU OWE. SHE WASN'T AT THE STORE TO KNOW WHAT I OWED. I FINALLY SAID JUST GET ME OUT OF HERE. I'M CALLING HER TODAY @ "WINGHAVEN MOBILE" ON 7407 HWY N DARDENNEPRAIRIE, MO. 63368 I GPSd THE MILEAGE AND THE TOTAL WAS 51.7 MILES TOTAL / THEY CHARGED ME FOR 131.9 MILES. I EXPECT A FULL REFUND OF MY $63.36. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

After I had filled out paper work on line got to place to pick up and man that didn't speak very good English refilled out paperwork and over charged me.

We waited 45 minutes to return the truck we had rented, then they got the charges incorrect on top of that!

I had issues with understanding the clerk. No one walked out to review the truck with me and the 18 pads ordered were not on the truck. I had to make a second trip which was my fault for not checking. In my reservation, I requested min.n75 miles but learned the next day I only had 50.

The mileage was understated and was shown to the location before we left the lot and again when I brought it back. The actual mileage to start was 54,918, not 54,891. Why is it so hard to correct!?!?!?

When I arrived at this location I was told there is your told there is your trailer. The clerk behind the counter pointed out the window and told I could go hook it up Eventually she came out to assist me, but told me she had no idea how to hook up a trailer. She did assist me in back up to trailer finally and attaching it to the car, however not feeling completely comfortable with how it was attached I had to go to another store to have this checked as I was making a long trip. Very unprofessional on the part of U-Haul to have dealers who have staff working that cannot properly assist their customers. Will never use or recommend this location again! In fact makes me have second thoughts about using U-Haul in general in the future.

The only redemption in the process, was the Winghaven location was great and that was totally due to the staff.

How would you rate this location overall? This question needs to be reworded to get an accurate understanding of what is wrong. Location is great, but the set-up needs improving. I showed up for my reservation and there was one gas station attendant is trying to manage 10+ pumps and many customers buying items in the store. I was told to wait at least six times as the attendant bounced back and forth between registers and the U-Haul terminal. Nice attendant but completely understaffed to manage the time necessary to complete contract paperwork.

Have people there who can help customers. The guy who checked me out refused to note the chipped paint over the grill because he was there all alone. The gentleman who checked me back in had to ask me to go read the mileage for him, because he never had less than 6 customers waiting, but he was very nice so I was willing to help him. Truck cab was filthy. I was told gas tank was full, it was not so I got ripped off there.

The cashiers were distracted by the customers at the mobile station, however it's not their fault because there weren't enough people to cover their side of the business and the u haul business. Everything worked out fine. It just took a little extra time.

I arrived about 10 minutes before I was scheduled to pick up the truck. Only 1 person was checking people out--it took 30 minutes to get the truck. I got the last truck they had--it was the correct size. The oil light was on and a guy before me brought it back because of the oil problem. I had to take it because I was moving. The truck needed maintenance besides the oil problem. It made noises and did not feel safe driving on the highway.

Worst experience ever. I'll never recommend this to anyone and more over I'm happy to explain my bad experience to every one. I haven't even travelled for 25miles but they charged me for 43 miles. One thing to accept is that as we are in hurry, we haven't noticed the miles on it to cross check the paper and real miles on the vehicle. But we are sure we haven't even go more than 25 miles. But charging for 43 miles is like crap. I'll never recommend this to any of my friends t collegues.
