The people who served me were AMAZING!! Very friendly and capable, it's just the physical location was tiny and not really a U Haul location. - it sold a random assortment of things like pet supplies. The building is very old and not well maintained. The utility dolly was perfect and the people were wonderful to deal with. That's why I am giving as high a rating as I can, in case it gives points /recognition to the people working there.
