I rent a truck every month to make a special delivery to my Church and this location never have ink to print my contract or receive so instead is mail to me and I print at home, this time one employee told me that UPS was using this truck and it was not in best conditions I expect from U-HOULL

Representative told me that I would receive a receipt for the drop-off of the trailer by email. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THIS EMAIL. I hope there will NOT be an issue in the future since I do not have a receipt.

This place was smaller and there was not a lot of room for my large RV but the staff was very helpful in getting us disconnected and on our way....

This pick-up was awful. Took me half an hour. I was late to the pick-up, and apparently that means you cant pick up your truck. Which doesn't make any sense. Then once I finally got the reservation to go through I went inside the gas station to get the key and the people working there were incompetent. First they couldn't find my reservation, then they said they didn't have the truck even though I had already inspected it myself, and then they couldn't find the key. Neither of them had any idea what they were doing and it was extremely frustrating. This 24/7 pick up is a great IDEA, but you have to have people working at this location who can understand how this works.

I'm still waiting for the receipt that he told me I would get in my email. I called him two times to help get me to the drop-off spot and he was like Clueless. There also seems to be a communication problem between the people and dropping off the truck. I was told to keep it to you after night because there was no place to park at the gas station and he seem to have a problem that I had it a extra day

Truck was not cleaned inside. Trailer had slow leak in tire. I reserved a 20 ft truck 3 weeks before my move which was confirmed. They had no 20 ft trucks on site. I don't know if it was the location or not but I had to leave behind belongings that did not fit in truck. The woman at this location did offer me the largest truck but it was not practical for me to have such a big truck.

There was no one who received the truck just to put the keys and contract in a mailbox and this does not seem safe.

I was greeted with are you sure you are at the right place? I hope this is not your drop-off location. It went downhill from there.

The guy working couldn’t answer our question about keeping the trailer for a few more hours. He said he would ask his manager. He never called back. My wife called again and the same guy answered, he said he didn’t talk to manager. He gave my wife the managers phone number and it was the wrong number. She called again and got his right number. She called and couldn’t get ahold of him. She left a message and he never called us back.

I don't recommend this location because they don't know how to calculate your mileage and the rate. We leve the truck the same day and then recive a call the next day asking for the truck.

Convenient drop off location, but only one employee who was also running a store. He was polite and courteous but had to lock the store in order to attend to us.

The employee who over saw the rental was extremely rude and did not understand the procedures of how to rent me the truck. He constantly complained about Uhaul and that It was a waste of his time to help me. It took me an hour to get the truck from him and this was the third location I was sent to that day from previous reservations that fell through. It was by far the worst rental experience imaginable.

Have them more prepared for uhaul pickup. Took us 45 minutes for the whole process when we made reservations online.

The man working the counter of the gas station where I picked up was of no help. He told me he didn't know how to rent out a unit, that I would have to come later when the "other guy" gets there. I got the guy to give me the local uhaul reps phone number, and he said that the guy refuses to do it, and he was just in there making sure he knows how. The local rep set me up over the phone, and took good care of me. I would recommend cutting that location out of your business as it reflects poorly on uhaul.

It would take ten paragraphs with citations to explain the level of disappointment this entire Uhaul experience has been. I can’t think of a worse customer service run in all of my dealings with service companies before. I will surely be reaching out to corporate in the near future

Again another attendant who had no desire to assist and did not seem to know what he was doing. Here again he says the system was down. I wanted to do self checkout but my I phone wouldn’t function to take the picture. I had my Mom come so I could use her phone. I did self check out then 30 minutes later because it takes her that long to get to where I was. It could have been avoided if they had proper systems and knowledge. I don’t think this guy cared at all to assist until I got upset. Neither location did until so said it was their job to help.
