We had to have pickup location switched twice, and truck size once. The final text confirmation stated shop hours opened at 10am, upon arriving window tag said 11am opening. Shop was still closed at 11am, had to call U-Haul office to contact owner, who had to send worker to drop off keys (they were friendly). This put us about 2 hrs behind schedule.
