Although this location was good I still had to drive 100miles out of my way to pick it up when I requested a pick up location of only 10 miles away with a 25 days in advance reservation. In my opinion this is very unbusiness like and not acceptable.

Jeff went well above and beyond to find a 26' truck and tow dolly when U-haul Corporate had NO trucks with a tow dolly available within 200 miles of Spokane, WA even though I made a reservation 18 days earlier. How can your 703 traffic system make a reservation without controlling your supply chain?? You need to fix this because people rely on U-Haul to have the promised equipment to make a major move. If it weren't for Jeff S at Davenport, WA, it would have been a MUCH worse experience. So corporate U-Haul rating 1/5!
