the people in charge of the attention to the public are not trained for that work, they do not show the minimum interest in helping the clients, they also give information completely different from the real one, which translates into excessive expenses for the client once hire the service. all the fees changed magically just after having hired the service ... and as if that were not enough, I was charged with an extra day unjustifiably and the excuse was that it was a system problem ... extremely dissatisfied with this bad experience of U-Haul

I dont understand, how can you charge me for an mile if I didnt picked up the van. I had to cancel because the job I was going to do was posponed for next day. I had never been charge for canceling a reservation, please advise!

The issue I had did not apply to this location. I had a reservation with another UHaul facility, received the confirmation. Went to pick it up and it wasn't available, in fact they never had the vehicle we requested. They didn't know why the reservation went through.

The employee said that I was suppose to do 24:7. When I asked he said never mind. Then he added the insurance and said sign here. If I didn't look wgst I was signing he would've just let me. I like honesty!

I used the vehicle for a total of 8 miles. How much is 8miles worth in gas? About a dollar, which is exactly what I put. But I was still charged $11 for "EZ Fuel" complete rip off!! I was supposed to pay a total of $28-$30 but ended up paying $42. Never using this place again!
