Have someone who knows about the uhaul there during uhaul times. The employee said he didnt know nothing about uhaul procedures. The manager only knew,but he wasnt in. I didnt want to just leave key but employee didnt know when manager was going to in. Plus I got charged extra money but was not told what I was being charged for. Went back to store after new charge to get clarifi8on why but once again the manager in charge of uhaul wasnt there. The employee there said he didnt and couldn't deal with uhauls.
