No one was there to meet me to go over the contract or the truck. The truck I reserved was there they had two. But, the guy made me switch to a larger truck which I didn't need. The guy was rude, the trucks are just sitting on the road with the keys in them and unlocked. He told me to make sure I took the right truck. I picked up the truck it wasn't clean and while driving I noticed noises from the rear end and the gear shift linkage feels loose.

gloria mHave a clear address on the property, if this is supposed to be a no employee interaction location, then make sure someone answers the phone number listed and the app not refer you to see an attendant for your key. Also have clear parking spaces and a drop box for the keys Instead of leaving g then in an unlocked truck for someone to steal the vehicle. This was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had with uhaul, THE MOST Ridiculous experience I've ever had, EVER!
John CBetter Customer Service, I had questions about my Bill the Rep became impatient and irritated and threaten to cancel my reservation! Then at time I dropped off truck I called left message to let them know and the time ( so I wouldn’t be charged an extra day), I received a call the same day around 7:30-8PM from same Rep asking me for the Truck I told him I already dropped off it off and left message earlier. He told me he didn’t check the message The next day I received an email with an other receipt with additional Charges that are inaccurate and wrongly charged . I called central UHaul CS to complain and dispute charges and was told to expect a call from General Manager Saturday or Monday.
