I was charged $100 deposit in addition to the rental charges that I wasn't informed about. Then upon my return they tried to charge me an additional day despite me not having it an extra day

I realized I needed a dolly after I left the location, went right back to get one and they would not allow me to rent one. This put a bad taste in my mouth with U-Haul.
THOMAS MThe sales representative inside the gas station who gives you the U-Haul truck was very rude very agitated, impatient, and was rushing us because he had customers to wait on Checking in and checking out the truck was the worst experience I ever had written in a U-Haul truck never came from this location
LEN HTook awhile to complete have to go thru a lot of forms before leaving and these are the same forms you do online. They also charge an extra fee of $100 that you don’t know about until you arrive
