Fix u hauls system. Had to manually call. 2 nd time I have had this issue. People were great to get it resolved but it took a lot of time due to the system.Lisa D.

The employees barely acknowledged my presence. I stood around for about 15 minutes while they tinkered with fishing gear. Finally a third employee walked in and one said, â€œhey, go take care of that guyâ€. The trailer was dirty. I had to sweep it out before it could be used.Stephen R.

This place does auto repair, and we waited a few minutes before anyone realized we were there for something else, just felt like we fell through the cracks, but they were excellent to work with, very knowledgeable in relaying the truck information we needed!JOSEPH A.
They had computer issues when we went to rent . I suggest a backup plan ....paper contract will still work. We were sent to another Uhaul location it got worse . They didn't have an office personnel the mechanic tech end up trying to help, that didn't work. It took about 2 hour to rent the truck ... plus we were told mileage was .69 Not true when the invoice was email it was .99 No discount for senior /military /inconvenience. Will think twice before renting from U-Haul again.Alvin S.

Returned equipment when I was supposed to to a live human. I was later charged for an extra day. After sitting on hold with a representative I was informed that the fine print of the contract specified I had to use your stupid app to check the equipment in and since I didn't I get charged an extra day. This new "procedure is just another way to screw more money out of the customer and I will no longer do business with U-Haul.Scott D.
Returned the truck after hours. Place was locked up so I could not even get the truck in the parking lot. Had to leave it blocking the locked gate. Went through the whole process of setting up a Uhaul account just so I could get specific information about where to leave the truck and the keys and there were none for that location. Neverbeen to a Uhaul rental where I could not enter the parking lot and with no key drop box. Very frustrating and uncomfortable. Uhaul has a great app, but this place did not bother to set up there location with specific information. The app said to lock the truck and put the key in the drop box. I just left it on the rear tire and called the business number and left a message telling them where to find the key. The business message did not even give the name of the place so I hope it was the right number.David C.
The pickup/drop off location was kept locked, if not for an employee showing up to help a different customer I wouldn't have been able to drop the truck off in the proper location.Jonathan N.
